## Description

We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor, AS to join our team in Mumbai, India.

**Job Summary:** As a Private Banking Advisor, AS, you will be part of Deutsche Bank's Branch Banking division, which caters to a wide variety of customers through Personal Banking, Private Banking, and Business Banking.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Acquisition: Assist in executing successful micro-events for acquiring new clients, acquiring new accounts from group companies/family of existing customers, and referrals from existing customers.

- Relationship Building/Deepening/Cross-Sell: Ensure consistent growth of the Savings portfolio, work closely with the Head RM to establish synergies for maximum penetration of Investment & Insurance sales, and build a robust momentum with regard to third-party distribution.

- Retention: Ensure top-class service delivery to clients, monitor high net worth accounts closely, and work towards reactivating accounts which have stopped transacting or depleted in balances.

- Risk Management & Governance: Ensure awareness and adherence with various policies and norms of the bank, provide regular feedback on changing customer needs, and report suspicious transactions.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 7-12 years of experience in a relevant field.

- Experience in servicing or sourcing clients of 20 lacs+ relationship.

- Background in Banking/Premium club membership/(Paid) High-End Credit card sales.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Minimum qualification required is Graduation.
