## Description

As a Manager, Product Management, you will assist the Senior Manager in driving the product development and implementation process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products as agreed by the Product Steering Committee.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working closely with distribution channels and stakeholders to resolve issues arising from the implementation of new and/or revamped products

- Preparing documentation needed to support new and/or revamped products and deployment

- Conducting product comparisons to monitor competitive positioning of PHKL products

- Assisting in formulating channel and customer communication plans on annual bonus/dividend declarations

- Supporting ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

- University graduate in any discipline

- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in a life insurance company

- Experience in developing participating products is preferred

- Knowledge of life insurance products

- Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
