As a Senior Director, Product Management- CDX AI Assistance, you will define the future for AI Assistance at Capital One, specifically charting the path for the Eno chatbot.

Responsibilities:

- Define the future for AI Assistance at Capital One, specifically charting the path for the famed Eno chatbot, who "looks out for you and your money"

- Be at the cutting edge of AI/ML technology to accelerate the future of AI Assistance

- Re-envision how Eno and our AI Assistance strategy can unlock the company's information to help our customers with their financial journeys

- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and design teams across the enterprise to clearly articulate the vision and shape the path

- Define a highly technical roadmap on AI Assistance, mapped tightly to human-centered design and business-focused KPIs for success

- Champion the modernization of the architecture for Eno and AI Assistance as a whole, exploring new and emerging technologies

- Define the growth of the Eno & AI Assistance team - identifying where you need to hire and where to partner

- Build AI Assistance in a thoughtful, well-managed way - partnering closely with the Risk team to identify risks and proactively mitigate them

The role requires proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700

- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700

- Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800

- San Francisco, CA: $294,100 - $335,700
