## Description

We are seeking a Private Equity Lawyer to join our dynamic and growing team in Hamburg. As part of our Corporate / Private Equity practice, you will work closely with colleagues from our international offices and various departments, including finance, tax, antitrust, and regulatory law.

Your responsibilities will include advising leading national and international financial investors and companies on complex private equity and M&A transactions, from strategic investments to buy-outs and exits.

Requirements:

- At least a satisfactory first state examination or a completed part of the first state examination at a German university; we also offer the opportunity to work with us between the written exams of the first state examination and the oral exam

- Enjoyment of challenging legal work

- Special prior knowledge of private equity / M&A is desirable but not required

- Enjoyment of teamwork

- Very good English language skills

- Scientific work can also be carried out as part of a doctorate
