Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Glasgow Fort, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be working early mornings and contributing to a positive team environment. You will be responsible for:

- Delivering excellent customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities

- Working collaboratively as part of a team

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. You will be a key ambassador for M&S, providing a welcoming and helpful shopping experience for customers.

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Tuesday: 06:00-10:00

- Wednesday: 06:00-10:00

- Thursday: 06:00-10:00

**Additional Information:**

- The hourly rate is not specified, but a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

- Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- This role is part-time, and flexibility is essential.
