## Description

The Care Assistant - Nights role at The Kensington Care Home in Notting Hill, London, involves providing person-centred care to support residents' independence and honour their choices. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering high standards of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support residents with varying requirements, including companionship and personal care

- Observe and manage residents' behaviour, documenting and reporting changes as needed

- Assist residents with nutrition and hydration, encouraging them to eat and drink according to their care plans

- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities

- Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements

**What we're looking for:**

- Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills

- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable
