## Description

We are seeking a dedicated student, studying Hotel Management or Tourism, with an interest in customer service and hospitality to join our team at the luxurious Santa Teresa Hotel RJ – MGallery in Rio de Janeiro.

The hotel is situated in a historic 1850 coffee farm and offers a unique blend of elegance and sophistication, reflecting the local culture and maintaining sustainable practices.

As a Reservations Intern, you will take your first steps in reservations, learning to create positive and unforgettable experiences for each guest, understanding that the guest experience begins with the reservation.

Responsibilities:

- Learn to manage reservations and provide excellent customer service

- Create memorable experiences for guests

- Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless communication with guests and colleagues

Requirements:

- Currently studying Hotel Management or Tourism

- Strong interest in customer service and hospitality

- Ability to work in a team environment
