## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Producer/Editor to craft engaging short-form video content for our Red Bull USA social media channels and mid to long-form content for YouTube channels.

The successful candidate will blend production and editing skills to bring concepts to life, ensuring content is optimized for each platform, aligns with Red Bull brand objectives, and resonates with the target audience.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and produce innovative, high-quality content that aligns with Red Bull brand attitudes, values, and quality standards

- Work with top production partners and talent in the West region to deliver state-of-the-art content

- Execute productions from concept phase to final delivery, aligned with the defined holistic content strategy

- Collaborate with international Red Bull producers to ensure transparency regarding project status and timelines

- Identify and develop new story angles for existing projects, genres, and recurring content opportunities

- Manage day-to-day production activities, including scheduling, location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment management

- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, and visual effects

- Translate creative concepts into compelling visual narratives that engage and inspire the audience

- Anticipate and address production challenges, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track

- Manage relationships with external production partners, talent, and agencies

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Communications, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in content production, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects

- Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and industry best practices

- Experience managing budgets, resources, and on-set logistics

- Proven track record and passion for developing and producing distinctive content

- Creative vision and storytelling ability

- Strong organizational and project management skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure

- Technical proficiency in relevant production software and equipment
