## Description

SpaceXSI is seeking a Construction Superintendent, Electrical to lead a self-performing team on electrical construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee foremen and a large electrical crew installing underground duct banks, high-voltage and medium-voltage systems, power distribution, grounding, lighting, and process power for mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Directly oversee foremen and a large self-perform electrical crew

- Set clear expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and conduct

- Remove roadblocks so crews can keep working

- Recommend promotions, role changes, and corrective action based on performance

- Plan and run the night-shift assignment

- Keep electrical installations on SpaceXSI's quality and reliability standards

- Track daily progress and maintain logs, red-line drawings, and as-built documentation

- Build and hold an aggressive construction schedule

- Champion SpaceXSI's safety program and a zero-incident culture

- Resolve on-site issues

- Inspect work for compliance with local regulations and electrical codes

- Report progress, electrical construction metrics, and risks to senior leadership

- Relocate with the mobile team as assignments change

Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalency certificate

- 3+ years leading electrical construction teams

- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in electrical installations

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Experience leading large self-perform crews on industrial or mission-critical electrical projects

- Direct hands-on experience on industrial processes or heavy power projects

- Postsecondary diploma or degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field

- Track record on data centers, hyperscale facilities, or similar mission-critical electrical construction
