## Description

Join 3M as an Import/Export Operations Coordinator in Taguig, PH. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of import and export activities.

Responsibilities:

- Review shipment information and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy

- Validate and reconcile shipment, customs, and product-related data

- Investigate and follow up on data discrepancies and missing information

- Maintain operational records, trackers, and related documentation

- Support preparation and maintenance of product descriptions and customs documentation

- Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal operational teams

- Monitor and follow up on pending actions to support timely customs clearance

- Support data maintenance, reporting, and day-to-day import/export operations

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or Specialist Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field

- 3–5 years of experience in import/export, logistics, trade operations, or related operational roles

- Experience reviewing shipment documents and operational data

- Strong attention to detail and data validation skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

- Business-level Japanese language proficiency (written and spoken)

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
