## Description

The Customer Experience Renewals Specialist role is a highly visible, strategic position that empowers key customers to continue transforming their business and meeting their objectives through Cisco solutions.

You will own and execute a portfolio of renewal contracts of Cisco products and services across an assigned customer account base. Your responsibilities include:

- Driving the CX Renewals motion with customers for all renewal activities from opportunity identification to negotiation to close

- Focusing on selling the existing portfolio (Services, DNA and Security subscriptions) and new offers

- Renewing, upselling and closing on-time contracts in assigned territory

- Increasing sales penetration at existing accounts

- Understanding customers' and partners' procurement processes

- Supervising and reporting on the state of customer relationships, pipeline, and forecasts

- Supervising quote creation progress to mitigate contract closure risks

- Maintaining internal and external relationships in support of closing the sale

- Building deep relationships with customer executives and partners to understand objectives and accelerate their path to value

- Utilising data and insights from cross-functional resources to co-create the customer renewal sales strategy with the account team

- Analysing data and trends to identify growth opportunities

The ideal candidate has excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills, strong process leadership skills, and financial acumen.

The role requires a BS/BA (or equivalent) plus 7+ years of related sales experience and 2-3 years of experience handling hardware and/or software renewals.
