## Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Post / Digitalization Hub team in Taucha. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the smooth operation of production and work processes. You will also be involved in various aspects of team management, process optimization, and quality management.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team and ensure their continuous development

- Operate and optimize production and work processes in close coordination with department management

- Ensure smooth operations to avoid disruptions and outages

- Ensure quality goals are met, considering qualitative and quantitative customer requirements

- Define, agree, and track team and individual goals and derive suitable measures

- Create analyses, key performance indicators, and regular reports for management

- Monitor and ensure timely processing and adherence to defined target sizes

- Actively participate in designing and implementing measures to improve quality and optimize processes

- Support the implementation of new customer projects, services, and business processes

- Plan and control personnel deployment and transparent personnel needs planning

- Actively participate in the recruitment process, including selection and integration of new employees

- Foster an open, motivating team culture and ensure clear internal and external communication

- Implement company policies, quality, data protection, and information security regulations

- Take responsibility for occupational safety in accordance with Section 13 of the Occupational Safety Act

- Maintain and develop the competence matrix for targeted promotion of team qualifications

Requirements:

- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in a production operation, manufacturing industry, or logistics

- Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system

- Reliable participation in all scheduled shifts according to deployment planning

- Experience with paced production processes and short cycle times

- Pronounced leadership competence and ability to motivate and develop employees

- High goal and result orientation as well as hands-on mentality

- Strong customer orientation with focus on quality, efficiency, and cost awareness

- Very good organizational skills as well as high punctuality and structured working method

- Experience in process optimization, reporting, and key performance indicator management

- Knowledge of occupational safety, data protection, and quality management is advantageous

- Communication strength and confident appearance when dealing with internal and external partners

- Very good German language skills in writing and speech
