## Description

As a Senior Biostatistician at ICON Strategic Solutions, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

You will lead on biostatistics tasks requiring technical depth, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:

- Serving as lead biostatistician for simple to complex clinical studies.

- Developing statistical analysis plans and reporting specifications.

- Performing statistical analyses and interpreting results for simple to complex clinical studies.

- Reviewing simple to complex randomization specifications and dummy randomization schemes.

- Participating in bid defense meetings.

You will have a strong foundation in biostatistics, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience:

- Master's degree or Ph.D in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 5 or more years of biostatistical experience.

- Strong knowledge of multiple statistical and therapeutic areas, the drug development process, and statistical programming practices and procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
