## Description

The Non-Kinetic Effects Business Area at Leidos Defence Sector is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator to work in our Beavercreek, OH office. You will support Air Force Research Laboratory, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, and other DoD missions with a diverse portfolio of programs.

In this role, you will:

- Implement and maintain Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) systems and infrastructure for complex networks

- Document and communicate proposed solutions to integrated, cross-functional engineering teams

- Stay updated on security, systems administration, and management best practices and technologies

- Participate in network and infrastructure design and reviews

- Maintain security patches, perform user management, and support other systems administration activities

The successful candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a related field with 2+ years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 0–2 years of experience

- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI

- Experience with scripting in Bash and PowerShell

- Experience managing systems in both Linux and Windows environments

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred qualifications include:

- Relevant certifications related to systems administration work

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

- Experience with virtualization technologies

- Experience with security scanning, monitoring, and patching in Windows and Linux environments

- Familiarity with DoD systems and environments

We offer a salary range of $59,150.00 - $106,925.00.
