## Description

We are seeking a motivated and curious individual to join our Private Bank & Wealth Management Graduate Programme. As a graduate, you will participate in the day-to-day activities of the private bank and wealth management division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions.

**Responsibilities**

- Execute small research projects to support strategic decision making

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

- Identify opportunities and develop business cases for new products and services

- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support

- Develop and implement financial models and strategies to support decision making

- Train and mentor junior colleagues

**Requirements**

- Fluent in English and French

- Degree or expected degree in any area

- Motivated and curious with a proactive approach

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

- Resourceful and entrepreneurial spirit

**Programme Overview** Our two-year Explorer programme develops your understanding and expertise through a deep exploration of three vital areas: Product, Strategy/Business Management, and Relationship Management. You'll gain international exposure to our business and build a close relationship with the Corporate and Investment Bank.
