## Description

We are seeking a Procurement Engineer to own and build Flow's procurement function across our KSA portfolio, focusing on FF&E, facilities, and operational supplies for our residential communities in Riyadh.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Program Design & Development, MENA – Physical Delivery, and will be responsible for:

- Owning end-to-end procurement across FF&E, facilities, and operational categories in KSA, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery requirements are consistently met

- Building and managing a strong supplier network across KSA, negotiating pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and service levels

- Leading RFQ and competitive bidding processes, evaluating suppliers, and conducting regular performance reviews with key partners

- Maintaining complete and accurate procurement documentation

- Managing purchasing workflows from request through delivery, coordinating closely with Design & Development, Facilities, Operations, and Finance

- Monitoring KSA market pricing, supply conditions, and vendor performance to identify cost savings and reduce supply risk

- Ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, including SASO standards, VAT documentation, Saudization (Nitaqat) obligations, and import requirements

- Anticipating supply requirements, identifying potential disruptions early, and developing alternative sourcing solutions

- Continuously improving procurement processes, reporting, systems, and controls as Flow scales

The ideal candidate will have:

- A can-do, GTD mindset, taking initiative, solving problems, and driving outcomes without waiting to be told

- Ownership mentality, anticipating needs and taking full accountability from request through delivery

- High standards, with zero tolerance for incomplete records, inaccurate documentation, or unresolved purchase orders

- Commercial instinct, negotiating hard, spending wisely, and understanding when quality matters more than the lowest price

- Operational discipline, creating structure, maintaining accurate data, and keeping multiple procurement streams moving

- Team enabling skills, removing procurement friction so development and operations teams can move quickly

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

- 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, luxury residential, or fit-out

- Experience working in KSA or the broader GCC strongly preferred

- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage

- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems, Excel or Google Sheets, inventory management tools, expense/invoice platforms, and operational reporting systems
