Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Wigan Robin Retail Park Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to driving sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment, staying focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, high-energy work environment

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store as needed

In this role, you will be required to work part-time hours, with set shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
