## Description

The Project Manager leads small and large project teams through discovery, design, build, and configuration and delivers solutions for healthcare and life sciences customers.

This role provides leadership and management to project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality, and on budget.

Responsibilities:

- Strategically build relationships with relevant customer sponsors and stakeholders

- Own overall project management during an engagement

- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project

- Manage timelines, budget, and scope deliverables

- Proactively identify and manage project risks

- Create and execute project work plans

- Identify staffing needs and determine individual project team member responsibilities

- Contribute and drive the change order process

- Participate in customer training and other implementation initiatives

Requirements:

- Strong professional experience in project management

- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience

- Project management experience with software or custom development implementations

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment

- Demonstrated analytical and strategic-thinking skills

- Experience facilitating meetings and interacting with project sponsors

- Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts

Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize:

- PMP/SCRUM certification

- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

- Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM implementations within the Life Science and healthcare space
