## Description

As a Global Logistics Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse colleagues across the globe.

You will make an impact by:

- Developing, implementing, and supporting automation solutions

- Owning and supporting end-to-end global logistics processes to ensure stable, efficient, and compliant global operations

- Identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow effectiveness

- Communicating technical requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders

- Ensuring smooth execution of automation initiatives

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:

- Advanced supply chain management knowledge (order management, demand management, planning, procurement, logistics)

- Bachelor’s degree

- Relevant experience in automation development, supply chain, or process optimization

- Strong communication and analytical skills

Additional knowledge and/or nice-to-have skills that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

The role has an on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office. The location is Wrocław, MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9.
