## Description

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our team. As a Supply Planner, you will lead complex supply planning analysis and develop actionable business plans for constrained portfolios. You will serve as a subject matter expert, developing sophisticated analytical models and recommendations that improve supply execution, customer delivery, inventory, and financial outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own quality, assumptions, and governance of JBAS forecasts for complex SKU portfolios

- Lead constrained-supply what-if scenarios, factory alternatives, build prioritization, and inventory/revenue trade-off analysis

- Drive AI/ML-supported exception detection, advanced supply analytics, and digital-twin-enabled decision support

- Mentor specialists and drive measurable process standardization and automation

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred

- Typically 5-9 years of experience in supply planning, operations, strategy, finance, or related functional areas

- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, data manipulation, and financial modeling skills

- Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication, project management, and relationship management skills

- Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and mentoring
