## Description

As a Shipping Coordinator at ICON in Farmingdale, New York, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and supply chain activities.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare domestic and international courier airbills for transport through various courier systems

- Prepare customs documentation for international shipments

- Enter shipment information into the ICON ERP system

- Ensure all packaging presented for transport complies with DOT and IATA standards

- Package shipments as necessary

- Maintain daily shipping records

- Receive deliveries as necessary

- Report inventory levels for supplies utilised by the Logistics team

- Deliver high-quality standards and strive for excellence in customer service

- Undertake other reasonably related duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Shipping Coordinator

- Experience with international shipments is preferred

- Proficiency in Excel
