We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Raymond, Ohio. **Job Purpose:** The purpose of this role is to design and develop mechanical systems and components for Honda's products.

**Key Accountabilities:**

- Design and develop mechanical systems and components using computer-aided design (CAD) software

- Analyse and solve complex engineering problems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer requirements and regulatory standards

- Develop and implement design changes to improve product performance and quality

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- relevant experience in mechanical design engineering

- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes

- Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or Autodesk Inventor

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
