## Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in Bragança Paulista, Brazil.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist the HR Business Partner in strategic and operational activities, providing support in key HR processes.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment and selection activities, scheduling and participating in supervised interviews

- Support candidate screening and contribute to other HR initiatives and administrative tasks

- Conduct recruitment, selection, and interview processes for junior positions such as Interns and Young Apprentices

- Provide feedback to candidates after interviews

- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions

- Organize internal training activities, including logistics and translation of documents from English to Portuguese

- Control and update HR tool reports

- Support creation and updating of HR presentations in PowerPoint

Requirements:

- Currently studying Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Personnel Management, or related fields

- Intermediate English language skills (desirable)

- Excellent communication skills

- Organizational skills

- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

- Hands-on profile with proactive attitude and willingness to execute activities collaboratively
