## Join the Rotational Development Program at Flexport

The Rotational Development Program (RDP) is an 18-month program designed to build the operational and technical skill set needed to run global trade. You'll rotate through three functions - Gateway Ops, Customs, and Sales/Account Management - with AI/low-code curriculum running continuously across all three.

## Responsibilities

- Rotate through three functions: Gateway Ops (Air or Ocean), Customs, and Sales/Account Management, each for six months

- In Gateway Ops, own the shipment lifecycle, execute bookings, manage exceptions, and build automation and reporting skills

- In Customs, become a global trade expert by navigating complex customs regulations and develop technical skills in SQL, workflow automation, and Lean process improvement

- In Sales/Account Management, take on go-to-market work, build client-facing skills, and develop a tooling or process fix to solve a real business problem

## Throughout the program, you'll get:

- A day-to-day manager in your current rotation and a Rotation Program Manager tracking your development

- Certifications in AI/low-code tooling, from foundational bootcamp through applied builds to a capstone project

- Bi-weekly cohort touchpoints and a standing alumni mentor community

- Increased earning potential as you clear program benchmarks

## Requirements

- On track to graduate, or recently graduated

- Genuinely curious about AI and low-code tooling and wanting to build real fluency

- Ability to operate with minimal supervision, prioritize a high volume of work, and communicate clearly under pressure

- Willingness to take on real ownership and live client and business work from the very beginning

- Compliance-first mindset
