## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.

You'll work Wednesday to Saturday from 18:30 to 22:30, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Meeting strong customer demand

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

You should be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.

The hourly rate is not specified, but a £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
