## Description

We are seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager - 1P to lead all aspects of Pattern brand partner go-to-market strategies.

This role will focus primarily on Amazon and will be responsible for:

- Nurturing a portfolio of 4-6 partner brands

- Leading the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies

- Running daily marketplace operations for Amazon

- Serving as the marketplace expert with a deep knowledge of platform capabilities and business levers

- Evaluating competitive landscape and developing strategies to maximize business growth

- Leading all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with brand partners

- Delivering the highest levels of operational execution

- Partnering with Operations team to ensure optimal in-stock and inventory position

- Partnering with Advertising team to develop brand-specific advertising strategies

To thrive in this role, you will need:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related program

- Experience leading Amazon 1P efforts

- Outstanding analytical and data management skills

- Self-motivated and proactive

- High ethical standards

In terms of performance, we expect:

- You to follow through with all assignments in a timely manner

- You to give 100% to all tasks and projects you are given

- Active participation in group collaborations

- Full ownership of your projects and follow-through to completion

- Detail-oriented and organized approach

The team is data-driven and results-oriented, and you will work closely with other Senior Ecommerce Managers, the Director of Ecommerce, and the VP of Ecommerce.
