## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section during the Christmas period. You'll work part-time hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 10:00-14:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be at the frontline of our retail business, providing five-star service, recommending and selling our newest food products, and ensuring customers feel valued. You'll be resilient, digitally confident, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
