## Description

We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of shop operations at Pret. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and managing a team to provide exceptional customer service

- Driving sales and profitability through smart cost control and upselling strategies

- Creating a positive and inclusive work environment

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations

- Preparing and analysing reports such as P&L statements and budget forecasts

Requirements:

- Experience in retail or hospitality

- Leadership experience

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong grasp of financial performance

We offer a starting salary of £37,495 with a discretionary 20% quarterly bonus, plus a range of benefits including 33 days of annual leave, free private medical cover, and a 4% pension contribution matched by Pret.
