## Description

We are seeking a Global Industrial Segment Manager to grow the adoption of HP SitePrint across manufacturing, warehousing, and intralogistics. You will help industrial customers and their partners improve how they lay out racking, conveyors, automation systems, production equipment, and other facility infrastructure.

**Responsibilities:**

- Own the global industrial segment strategy and business plan

- Build relationships across the industrial ecosystem

- Turn first deployments into standard practice

- Equip regional teams and partners to win

- Build market demand and industry credibility

- Bring industry needs into product development

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in manufacturing, warehousing, intralogistics, material handling, industrial automation, or a closely related industry

- Background in segment management, business development, solution sales, strategic accounts, product management, or commercial project development

- Strong understanding of how industrial facilities and equipment installations are planned, specified, purchased, and delivered

- Experience working with industrial end-users, system integrators, equipment suppliers, or installation partners

- Ability to turn market insight into a focused business plan and measurable commercial results

- Experience developing business cases, demonstrating ROI, and supporting the adoption of new technology

- Confidence working with both senior decision-makers and engineering, operations, and field teams

- Ability to influence and coordinate teams across countries and functions

- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally
