## Description

This role is responsible for leading and advising on critical business initiatives, overseeing analysts across finance sub-functions and geographies/organizations.

The Enterprise Operations Spend Analyst will drive financial management by analyzing, reporting, and reconciling financial and operational results.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and advise on crucial business initiatives, overseeing several analysts across sub-functions within finance and across geographies/organizations.

- Support the business in ensuring that capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company.

- Perform highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing a unique understanding of the business to achieve objectives effectively.

- Collaborate with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.

- Drive process improvements and policy development initiatives that impact the function globally.

- Provide information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.

- Represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.

- Contribute innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business.

- Act as a functional manager within area of expertise, developing strategy and setting functional policy and direction.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education & Experience:

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
