## Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join their team remotely from Canada.

The successful candidate will work on building AI-powered features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.

Responsibilities:

- Build and deliver AI solutions

- Rapid experimentation and iteration

- Collaborate cross-functionally

- Utilize AI tools effectively

- Effective communication

- Ownership and impact

Requirements:

- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI

- Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users

- Exposure to working in cloud-native environments

- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behaviour

Nice to have:

- Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows

- Experience with infrastructure/devops related tooling

- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques

- Experience building observability tooling

Compensation & Rewards:

- Base compensation range: CAD 186,368 - CAD 230,000

- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
