## Description

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our APJ Field Sales team based in Tokyo, Japan. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, designing long-term account strategies, and proposing Zscaler solutions to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Build trust relationships with customers' senior executives

- Design long-term account strategies based on customers' goals

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reflect customers' needs in account plans

- Understand customers' businesses, propose specific goals, and present Zscaler solutions

Requirements:

- 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security industry

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Strategic sales experience, including engagement with corporate customers and sales to senior executives

- Business-level Japanese language skills

- Basic understanding of AI/ML technology and experience with AI-powered solutions

Nice to Have:

- Established network with existing or potential customers

- Deep understanding of customers' goals and challenges, as well as digital transformation using technology

- Knowledge of strategic sales planning and experience acquiring new customers

- Experience with AI-powered sales intelligence, predictive analytics, or conversational AI platforms
