## Description

Pindrop is seeking a Chief of Staff to sit at the right hand of its CEO during a period of rapid growth. This strategic and operational role involves managing the flow of information, decisions, and follow-through across the company.

Responsibilities:

- Plan: Own the rhythm of business, identify key internal issues, and help the CEO and leadership team track progress against strategic bets.

- Execute: Set agendas, drive discussions, and own notes and action items for CEO and leadership meetings.

- Advance: Run special projects, including new market or partnership scouting, M&A support, and org design.

- Communicate: Prepare materials for all-hands meetings, board meetings, and investor updates.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or VC/PE firm.

- An additional 3+ years of experience at a hyper-growth tech company.

- Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day work.

- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and executive presence.
