## Description

At HPE Networking, the Digital Experience & Automation (DEA) team is reimagining how people experience support and services in a digital-first world,setting new standards for the future of networking.

As an AI and Machine Learning Engineer, you will develop and program integrated software algorithms to structure, analyse and leverage structured and unstructured data in product and systems applications.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct advanced research in AI and machine learning

- Design and architect AI solutions for complex problems

- Consider scalability, performance, and maintainability while designing the solution

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful AI and machine learning project implementation

- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the organization's AI and machine learning practices

- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools or services that can enhance the capabilities of AI solutions

- Facilitate design review sessions for your projects

- Mentor junior team members during review sessions

- Collaborate closely with the engineering manager and team lead to refine and iterate on design and implementation strategies

- Participate in and coordinate meetings

- Independently prepare and deliver detailed presentations and reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or closely related quantitative discipline

- Typically, 4-9 years’ experience

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms

- Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

- Advanced knowledge and experience in deep learning

- Actively staying updated with the latest AI and machine learning research advancements
