Depositions by Filevine is building a network of dependable, detail-oriented commissioned notaries public to provide critical support during remote legal proceedings. As a Digital Reporter, you will facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and warmth, troubleshoot technical issues, safeguard transcript quality, administer oaths, and handle procedural steps.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Zoom sessions with professionalism and warmth

- Troubleshoot technical issues for attendees

- Safeguard transcript quality

- Administer oaths and manage on/off-the-record moments

- Conduct proceedings in accordance with established procedural scripts

- Uphold confidentiality and maintain a composed, professional presence

Qualifications:

- Active Notary Public license in South Dakota

- Strong internet connection and access to a quiet, professional workspace

- Video-enabled computer with necessary software capabilities

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work during standard business hours

- Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software

This 1099 contract position offers a flexible earning opportunity, allowing you to work remotely and choose your own hours.
