## Description

We are seeking an Academy Analyst (U15) to join our team at RB大宮アルディージャ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Data collection, management, analysis, and provision of information

+ Capture, manage, and share footage of academy matches and training sessions, and provide practical information for team and individual analysis 	+ Collect and analyze video and data to monitor team and player performance

- Support for players and coaches

+ Provide necessary information to individual players in a timely manner to support guidance and education 	+ Support coaches with match analysis and match planning, providing objective and accurate information

- Collaboration with Academy Chief Analyst and others

+ Work with the Academy Chief Analyst to obtain and provide beneficial information for player development 	+ Provide clear and concise information to the Academy Chief Analyst using video and data

- Other tasks

+ Assist with overall academy support, including U18 teams, as needed

Requirements:

- JFA coaching license (C or above)

- Experience with video analysis tools such as Hudl, Sportscode, Wyscout

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Ability to record high-quality video and explain data and materials

- Strong interest and enthusiasm for football

- Understanding of football principles and tactics

- Ability to approach individual player growth and development

- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new methods and knowledge

- Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

- JFA coaching license (B or above)

- English language proficiency

- Experience with data sources and databases specific to football

- Data visualization experience with software such as Power BI or Tableau

- Experience working in elite sports settings
