## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to join their team in Quebec City.

As a Clinical Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality laboratory services to clients.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Meet deadlines and timelines required by clinical studies

- Perform and supervise general tasks outlined in the study protocol or necessary for study conduct

- Conduct technical activities related to your area of expertise and/or specialised training

- Collect, process, and prepare biological samples for pharmacokinetic and diagnostic testing

- Ship samples according to laboratory schedules and temperature requirements

- Perform equipment maintenance, verification, and calibration

- Order necessary supplies and ensure sufficient quantities for smooth activity execution

- Support training and coaching of clinical laboratory employees

- Participate in procedure development and revision

- Provide high-quality customer service

**Qualifications:**

- Diploma of college studies (DEC) in a scientific field, such as Biomedical Analysis Techniques, Medical Laboratory Techniques, Chemistry-Biology, Analytical Chemistry, or Animal Health

- Bachelor's degree in Sciences (asset)

- Bilingualism (French and English) required, including understanding various communication types, verbal exchange on job-related topics, and writing simple messages
