## Description

Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to serve as a visionary architect for complex enterprise solutions.

You will craft holistic experiences that drive measurable behavioural change by merging instructional design with learning experience design principles and storytelling.

As a trusted partner to the business, you will make strategic design recommendations that elevate learning for audiences of all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design transformational learning solutions that solve systemic business challenges

- Leverage UX/UI principles and storytelling to design engaging learning experiences

- Drive alignment by crafting learning objectives and designing experiences that help associates create positive business impact

- Identify efficiencies and introduce emerging technologies to elevate the team's output

- Develop sophisticated, high-stakes experiences tailored for various audiences

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or military experience

- At least 3 years of experience creating learning strategies and curricula

- At least 2 years of experience with multimedia authoring tools like Articulate 360

- Expert-level knowledge of adult learning theory and learning sciences

**Nice to Have:**

- 5+ years of experience creating learning strategies and curricula

- Experience with mobile content creation, multimedia tools, and graphics tools

- Project management experience
