## Description

Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a highly motivated Residential HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team serving Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex, Litchfield, New London, and Windham counties in Connecticut.

As a Service Technician, you'll work as part of a dynamic team, demonstrating technical skills and delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality workmanship.

The role involves:

- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including a/c systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.

- Performing annual maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems.

- Participating in the on-call rotation schedule for emergency service requests.

- Delivering superior customer service experience.

- Working efficiently and safely while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

- Adapting to changing work schedules and assignments based on company needs.

- Traveling to job locations, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.

Requirements include:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 2+ years of residential HVAC service technician experience.

- EPA Universal certification.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Mechanical inclination with a strong work ethic.

- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

The salary range is $35-$55 per hour with incentive pay up to $60 per hour.
