## Description

We are seeking an Expert ECE B for our COSMOS Project, focusing on the Transmanche fleet. As a key expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of new ECE B processes and IT systems, as well as providing expertise on maintenance data and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Be the reference point for new ECE B processes and supporting IT systems

- Provide expertise on maintenance data within the scope of the project

- Collaborate with SNCF stakeholders and serve as the point of contact for the COSMOS project

- Support change management through training and operational presence during key project phases

- Ensure expertise in maintenance reference data for the Transmanche fleet within new tools

- Develop and update operational documentation for Transmanche trainset recomposition

- Define and provide performance indicators within the scope of the project

- Deliver training to tool users and create supporting materials

- Track and close actions in project monitoring tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent

- At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in railway engineering and maintenance

- Experience with high-speed rolling stock, preferably TGV or equivalent

- Project management and change management experience highly regarded

- Advanced knowledge of railway maintenance processes and associated regulations

- Strong understanding of engineering reference data

- Proficiency in computer tools and CMMS systems

- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills

- Fluency in French and English
