## Description

The Executive Team Leader Human Resources role at Target involves leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to support business leaders and teams in achieving sales growth, guest satisfaction, and talent development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and creating a service culture that prioritizes guest service experience

- Driving total store sales and understanding the role in sales growth

- Planning, leading, and following up on organizational and operational change

- Anticipating and identifying changes in unique store trends

- Building teams that are committed to continuous learning

- Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

- Supporting leadership with creating schedules that fit both guest and team member needs

- Decreasing fluctuations within team member schedules

- Leveraging expertise to guide store leaders in hiring and onboarding talent

- Developing a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders

- Effectively planning and managing team operational and cyclical programs

- Establishing a culture of accountability

- Providing service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs

- Always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

Requirements include:

- 4-year degree or equivalent experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong business acumen

- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

- Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable

- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial and quantitative analysis

- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
