## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a PMS CTM/PM for FSP BU in South Korea.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure compliance with GCP, relevant SOP's, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing projects and ensuring timely study launch, conduct, and closeout

- Acting as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer

- Leading project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management

- Coordinating activities and deliverables of study conduct partners

- Ensuring studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, relevant SOP's, and regulatory requirements

- Maintaining study information on various databases and systems

- Developing contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies

- Building strong relationships with clients to generate new business

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or equivalent

- Clinical research organization experience and relevant therapeutic experience preferred

- Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel approximately 25%
