## Description

We are seeking an Associate for our HR Shared Services team in Gurugram, India. The team supports operations across 19 countries in the Americas region, managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing backend transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and other crucial departments

- Ensuring relevant SLA's are met

- Learning and performing newly transitioned processes and gaining subject matter expertise

- Adhering to and demonstrating high proficiency in agreed critical metrics & SLAs

- Assisting in building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management

- Delivering high-quality and consistent service delivery to all internal customers and partners

- Participating in Data Management tasks like Audits, Reporting, Data Entry/Update, etc.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services in an HR Shared Services role for the Americas region

- Expertise in HR Operations with attention to detail and process adherence

- Self-motivated and intrinsically driven for personal performance

- Ability to function independently with minimal mentorship and supervision

- Willingness to work in a 24x7 role and adapt to an ambiguous environment

- Proficiency with ticketing tools and excellent HRSS performance parameters

- Ability to work in a shift of 6PM-2AM
