## Description

The Non-Kinetic Effects Business Area at Leidos is seeking a cleared Scrum Master to work in our Beavercreek, OH office. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and training team members in self-management, cross-skilling, transparency, and Scrum Values.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Coach team members in Scrum Values and self-management

- Guide teams through a maturity journey, implementing Scrum framework and Agile Manifesto principles

- Lead Daily Standup meetings, Retrospectives, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews

- Partner with Product Owners to focus on solving the right problems

- Facilitate team's progress toward goals, improving performance in quality, predictability, flow, and velocity

- Build a high-performing team with improved dynamics and performance

**Basic Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of experience or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience

- Current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent)

- U.S. Citizenship

- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility

- Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Lead in systems engineering, IT Support, or network engineering

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

- Experience in Agile coaching and leading team transitions

- Certified Product Owner

- Experience with large software systems and application testing

- Experience working in an Agile environment or with multi-disciplinary technical teams

**Salary:** $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
