## Description

At Ampol, you're part of a team that's transforming the convenience store experience. As a Store Manager at Ampol's Nundah location, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of inclusivity and high performance.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading with collaboration, providing supportive leadership to achieve operational excellence

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences, building trust and loyalty

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Retail management experience with a supportive, people-focused leadership style

- Strong coaching, team development, and culture-building skills

- Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards

- Sound judgement with a solutions-focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology

- Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service
