## Description

We are seeking a Senior MEP BIM Technician to work on multiple projects across various sectors, including healthcare, commercial, and residential.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in REVIT MEP and Navisworks Manage for BIM modeling and coordination.

Key responsibilities:

- Perform multidisciplinary coordination reviews using Navisworks Manage

- Collaborate with project team members on defined aspects of design and coordination

- Conduct BIM Model Audits to maintain quality and adherence to project standards

- Utilize REVIT MEP for BIM modeling and coordination

- Work independently with minimal supervision as a key contributor within larger teams

Requirements:

- Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Prior MEP experience, particularly in BIM and digital delivery, is preferred

Software proficiency:

- Essential: REVIT MEP, Navisworks Manage

- Desirable: Solibri Office, Power BI, COBie Data Validation, ACC Environment, Newforma Konekt Plug-in, Coordination Issue Plug-in
