## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in London Colney, a busy store location where customers come to recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11:00 to 15:00. However, due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

In this hands-on, high-pressure role, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods. You will be digitally confident, using our tools to take and fulfil orders quickly, maintaining impeccable food safety standards, and juggling orders and queues.
