## Description

We are seeking an experienced Margin and Treasury Operation, AVP to join our team in Jaipur, India.

The Margin and Treasury Operation (MTO) is an umbrella group covering the processing of Collateral Margin, Money Markets, and Nostro Management. As a first Line of Defence function, you will be responsible for minimizing Deutsche Bank's counterparty credit risk on its collateralized derivatives portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide oversight and governance for Collateral Management process

- Re-engineer current processes to meet changing business needs

- Carry out daily tasks effectively, efficiently, and accurately

- Ensure timely delivery of audit requests and customer query resolutions

- Monitor KPIs and KRIs of the process

- Lead and contribute to global initiatives

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field

- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in a Banking/Finance environment

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Background in Collateral, Margin, Rates, Credit, FX, Securities, Treasury, or Liquidity Management

- Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, and other self-service analytical tools
