## Description

We are seeking a Director of Product, AI Growth to drive strategic impact through deep expertise, cross-functional influence, and ownership of key initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing 1Password's new business in artificial intelligence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering customer segments, outcomes, and workflows

- Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research

- Lead a weekly business review to refine targets, forecast roadmap impact on growth, and prioritize blockers

- Identify and resolve blockers to customer adoption

- Run the design customer program for new AI opportunities

- Act as the general contractor for each design customer

- Coordinate with teams to deliver outcomes and build required solutions

- Turn program proofs into repeatable signals for scaling

- Improve the program each cycle

**Partnerships:**

- Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's AI stack

- Identify and pursue partnerships to deliver customer value

- Work with partners to deliver integrations and find repeatable patterns

- Structure commercial relationships with business development

**Scale through the Field and Developer Community:**

- Build demos and enablement content for the field and channel partners

- Grow adoption organically among developers through reference architectures, sample code, and open-source contributions

**Travel:**

- Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience

- Experience carrying a revenue or adoption target

- Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry

- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical deployments

- Experience building technology partnerships and integrations

- Technical depth to hold credible conversations with developers and security architects

- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across teams toward a shared goal

- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information
