## Description

As a Team Leader at Coolblue's Ekkersrijt store, you will be actively involved in the daily operations of the store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers find the right products or solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing guidance and support to colleagues on the shop floor

- Acting as a point of contact for colleagues with problems or complex customer queries

- Training, coaching, and mentoring colleagues to help them improve their performance

- Collaborating with your team to continuously improve the store and sharing your ideas with the Store Manager

In return, we offer:

- A salary between €2,891 and €3,091 per month (based on 40 hours)
